Shipping Policy

Sorcery Singles ships Australia wide at a flat rate of $10 standard or $15 express, and internationally at a flat rate of $30 standard. All orders over $200 are shipped free of charge.

Our cards are carefully packaged in top loaders, regardless of your order's size, cost or delivery location.

Padded mailers are used for all international orders, and larger domestic orders (10+ cards). Smaller domestic orders are shipped in domestic tracked letters. 

Orders are processed on Thursdays, and shipped every Friday.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sorcerysingles@outlook.com. Please put 'Return Request' in the email topic line, and please state whether you are requesting a refund or replacement. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.
